The first step in creating an online marketing plan development program was to research the needs of small municipalities across Ontario.

Thoroughly research the needs of small municipalilties to determining best practices, themes and implementation.

Result

The learnings from this research led to the creation of an online tool used to develop a customized plan and marketing tools for municipalities.
